We have used assessments like Kolbe and StrengthsFinder, but our Accountability Chart still feels like we are forcing round pegs into square holes. How do you help us align our actual EOS® roles with our team's innate cognitive and conative wiring?

An Accountability Chart must be built on objective business needs, not around the personalities currently on your payroll. However, to make that chart work in the real world, we must align each seat with the conative and cognitive strengths of the person sitting in it. We use assessments like the Kolbe Index to understand how your leaders naturally take action. For example, if you have a seat that requires rapid execution and constant change, putting a high Fact Finder in that role will create friction. They will want to analyze data forever, while the business needs a Quickstart who can test and iterate rapidly. Similarly, we look at the CliftonStrengths of your team to ensure they are operating in their zones of genius. When we define the five roles for each seat on your Accountability Chart, we ensure they match the natural talents of the individual. If we find a mismatch, we do not ignore it. We address it directly using the GWC™ framework. Does the person get, want, and have the capacity for the seat? By aligning your structural Accountability Chart with your team's natural wiring, we reduce internal friction, eliminate burnout, and ensure that every leader is working in a way that feels natural and highly productive.
