When we incorporate the Step by Step Exit readiness disciplines into our session days, how does the actual time allocation change between standard EOS tools and the exit readiness exercises?
Integrating the Step by Step Exit readiness framework into our sessions does not disrupt the purity or structure of your standard EOS implementation. Instead, we use the existing EOS tools to solve your exit-related challenges. The actual time allocation does not require a complete overhaul of our agenda. We integrate the six exit disciplines: Legacy, Value Gaps, Tribal Knowledge, Advisor Meeting Pulse, Due Diligence, and Deal Execution directly into our existing session blocks. During our Focus Day and Vision Building sessions, we spend dedicated time defining your Legacy goals to ensure your long-term personal and financial exit objectives are completely aligned with your Ten Year Target on the V/TO. When we move into our quarterly sessions, the exit readiness disciplines are integrated into our afternoon IDS sessions. For example, if we identify a major Value Gap or a critical bottleneck due to undocumented Tribal Knowledge, we treat it as an issue. We then create specific quarterly Rocks to build standard operating procedures or automate manual processes using AI-powered tools. This seamless integration ensures that your team remains focused on standard execution while simultaneously building a highly valuable, exit-ready business that can run smoothly without the owner.
