For example, if your client onboarding process is slow and requires excessive manual data entry, we do not launch a vague AI project. Instead, we write a specific, measurable quarterly Rock for the seat owner to automate that specific onboarding workflow using AI and automation software.

We also use the Tribal Knowledge discipline from the Step by Step Exit framework to identify automation candidates. When we document your core processes, we categorize each task into transfer, automate, or owner-retain. The tasks marked for automation are assigned as Rocks to be systemized using modern software.
