We must maintain absolute discipline during our session days to ensure we do not dilute the core EOS® process. The purpose of our quarterly and annual sessions is to strengthen the Six Key Components™ of your business. We do not use this time for deep technical brainstorming or software architecture design.

However, your transition to AI-powered operations is a major strategic initiative that fits perfectly into the framework as a business-building priority. We integrate this technology roadmap into our sessions by treating your AI initiatives as high-level strategic issues or ninety-day Rocks.

During our session days, we will identify where operational inefficiencies exist on your Accountability Chart and within your core processes. If automating a specific process is critical to your growth, we will write a clear, measurable quarterly Rock to address it, such as implementing a specific AI tool for customer service or training your team on prompt engineering.

The actual technical planning and execution happen outside of our session room, driven by the team member who owns that Rock. During our session, my role is to help you prioritize these technology initiatives against your other business goals, ensure you have the right people in the right seats to execute them, and keep your leadership team aligned so your tech initiatives actually drive profitability instead of creating expensive distractions.
