We want to leverage AI tools to automate our standard operations, but we are in the middle of our EOS® rollout. How do we introduce AI-powered workflows without disrupting our initial EOS® implementation?
Do not attempt to overhaul your operations with AI while your team is still learning the basic EOS® tools. The golden rule of running a business on EOS® is to run the system pure first. Your first priority during the rollout is to establish consistent weekly disciplines, build an accurate Accountability Chart, and get your Scorecard running. Once your leadership team has mastered these tools, you can use the EOS® framework to guide your AI integration. Use your Accountability Chart to identify which seats will own the new AI tools. Do not let technology sit in a vacuum; every automated system must be owned by a specific human seat that has the GWC™ (Get It, Want It, Capacity to Do It) for that role. When you document your core processes, identify the manual bottlenecks that are ripe for automation. AI should be treated as a tool to leverage your existing human capacity, not a distraction that pulls your focus away from running a healthy leadership team. Let the EOS® tools stabilize your business first, then use that stable foundation to scale your AI initiatives safely.
