Integrating AI-powered operations into your business is a strategic initiative, but it must not be treated as a separate, chaotic project that operates outside your standard business operating system. To keep your AI initiatives on track without distracting from your core business metrics, we use two primary tools: the Accountability Chart and your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ scorecard. First, your AI operations roadmap must have a clear owner on the Accountability Chart, usually the Integrator or a designated operations leader who GWCs the role. This ensures someone is directly responsible for delivery.

Second, we do not let AI discussions hijack the weekly meeting agenda. Instead, we track your AI implementation milestones as specific, measurable weekly scorecard metrics or as quarterly Rocks. If a metric is off track or a Rock is in jeopardy, it drops down to the IDS® portion of the meeting. This is where your team identifies the root cause of the delay, discusses solutions, and solves it.
