We want to implement your AI-powered operations concepts, but we are worried it will derail our standard EOS quarterly rhythm. How do we incorporate AI automation without distracting from our core session agendas?
We do not let AI discussions hijack or derail the standard EOS® quarterly rhythm. The core framework of our session days remains sacred. We do not replace the V/TO® or skip our Rocks to talk about the latest software tools.
Instead, we address AI-powered operations directly through the lens of your existing EOS® tools. During our session, when we build your Accountability Chart, we identify the operational bottlenecks. When we run our IDS® process, we look at which issues are caused by manual, repetitive work.
If automating a specific core process is a priority, we make it a quarterly Rock. For example, a leadership team member might take on a Rock to map and automate your customer onboarding workflow using an AI tool.
Additionally, we leverage the Tribal Knowledge discipline from the Step by Step Exit framework to identify which processes should be transferred, automated, or retained. This keeps your technology initiatives firmly anchored to measurable operational objectives. We use the sessions to decide what to do, and your team does the actual AI implementation and automation work between our quarters.
