We want to optimize our operations with artificial intelligence, but how do we prevent our discussions about tech tools from disrupting the core EOS® session agenda?

Integrating artificial intelligence into your business operations is a powerful way to accelerate growth and prepare for a clean exit, but it cannot be allowed to hijack your core EOS® sessions. We manage this through a strict, disciplined process.

We treat all AI and automation initiatives as issues or potential Rocks. If a leader wants to introduce a new AI tool or automate a workflow, that topic goes straight to the Issues List. We do not discuss it during our strategic review or vision-building exercises.

During the IDS® portion of our quarterly session, we will tackle the issue. If the team agrees that automating a specific workflow is a priority, we will scope it and assign it as a quarterly Rock to a specific owner on the Accountability Chart. By treating technology initiatives with the same structural discipline as any other business issue, we protect the integrity of our agenda. My dual expertise in EOS® and AI-powered operations allows us to evaluate these tools quickly, ensuring you implement technology that actually drives results rather than chasing shiny distractions.
