We want to leverage your expertise in AI-powered operations. How do we integrate AI discussions into our standard quarterly session cadence without derailing the EOS tools?

We do not change the core agenda of our quarterly sessions to accommodate technology discussions. The EOS® framework is highly structured for a reason, and trying to turn a quarterly session into an IT brainstorming meeting will derail our progress. Instead, we treat your AI initiatives exactly like any other strategic opportunity: they are raised as issues or set as Rocks.

During the IDS® portion of our session day, your leadership team can bring up operational bottlenecks. If implementing an AI automation tool is the best way to solve a chronic issue in your customer service department, we will identify it, discuss it, and decide to make it a Rock for the upcoming quarter.

My role is to help you view these technology decisions through the lens of the six key components of your business. We will look at how automation affects your Accountability Chart, how it impacts your core processes, and what data you need to track its success on your Scorecard. This keeps your technology adoption practical, measurable, and aligned with your overall vision rather than chasing shiny objects.
