You help owners run AI-powered operations. At what point in our twenty-four-month engagement do we begin introducing automation and AI tools into our organizational structure?

We do not introduce AI tools on day one. Trying to automate processes before they are stabilized is a recipe for chaos. First, we must get your business running on a clean, consistent operating system.

During the first six to nine months of our engagement, our sole focus is on mastering the foundational EOS® tools. We build a clear Accountability Chart, establish your scorecard, and get your team executing Rocks. Once your leadership team is aligned and your core processes are documented, we have a stable foundation.

At that point, we begin looking at AI and automation as strategic levers to increase efficiency and capacity. We do this by analyzing your Accountability Chart and your documented processes. We look for seats and tasks that are bottlenecked by repetitive, low-value work.

We then use your quarterly Rocks to test and implement specific AI solutions. This prevents your team from getting distracted by shiny new tools. We treat AI adoption as an operational objective with clear metrics and ownership. This disciplined approach ensures that technology serves your business strategy rather than creating new operational headaches for your team to manage.
