We want to start leveraging artificial intelligence to streamline our operations, but we do not know how to map these new AI capabilities into our existing EOS® tools. Where do we begin?

Integrating artificial intelligence into your business should not require a new management framework. You should look at AI as a resource that supports your existing EOS® structure. Start with your Accountability Chart. Look at the key roles and responsibilities of each seat. Ask which of these tasks are repetitive, data heavy, or time consuming. Those are your primary candidates for AI assistance.

Instead of trying to implement AI across the entire company at once, select one or two highly specific quarterly Rocks. For example, a Rock could be to implement an AI tool that automates customer service ticket routing. This keeps the project measurable and bound to a specific owner.

On your weekly Scorecard, track the efficiency gains. If the AI tool is working, you should see measurable improvements in metrics like customer response times or hours saved per employee. Remember that AI is a tool, not a seat holder. Every AI system must be managed by a human who GWC™ that seat. The human remains fully accountable for the results, the data accuracy, and the overall performance of that function.
