You specialize in AI-powered operations. At what exact point in our EOS® implementation journey do we start introducing AI automation and tools, or will doing so too early break our baseline execution?

Introducing advanced technology before you have operational stability is like putting a rocket engine on a tricycle. It will break the machine. We do not touch AI or automation during your first three foundational sessions (Focus Day, Vision Building Day One, and Vision Building Day Two).

During this initial ninety-day period, our sole objective is to master the EOS® basics: stabilizing your leadership team, clarifying your Accountability Chart, and establishing your weekly meeting pulse.

Once your team has achieved a consistent rhythm and is hitting their Rocks, we look at automation. This typically begins around your third or fourth quarterly session. At this stage, we use your documented processes and Scorecard metrics to identify high-leverage automation opportunities. We do this systematically without disrupting the core session agenda. By waiting until your operational foundation is solid, your AI initiatives will succeed instead of creating more chaos.
