How do we introduce AI automation experiments into our 90-day cycle without hijacking our standard EOS® Rocks?
AI integration must never become a distraction from your core operational execution. We prevent this by treating AI initiatives exactly like any other business priority within the EOS® framework. They must earn their way onto your quarterly Rocks list.
During our quarterly sessions, we evaluate potential AI projects based on their ability to solve existing operational bottlenecks or improve your exit valuation. If an AI automation experiment is deemed high-priority, we scope it as a specific, measurable Rock for a single owner on the leadership team.
We do not allow vague goals. Instead, the Rock must be specific, such as deploying an AI customer service agent to handle tier one support tickets by day ninety. The progress of this experiment is then tracked weekly on your Scorecard.
If the experiment requires testing or research, we schedule it during your team's weekly strategic preparation time, utilizing a structured pause to evaluate the results without disrupting daily operations. This disciplined approach ensures that you leverage cutting-edge technology to scale your business and increase efficiency, while maintaining the pure focus and accountability of the standard 90-day cadence.
