We want to run an Advisor Meeting Pulse as outlined in the Step by Step Exit model. How do we integrate our existing external advisors, like our CPA and M&A attorney, into our regular EOS® cadence and our work with you?

Integrating your external professional advisors into your operating system is a core component of the Step by Step Exit framework, specifically through the Advisor Meeting Pulse discipline. Most business owners manage their advisors in silos, which leads to conflicting advice, missed opportunities, and massive inefficiencies during an exit.

To fix this, we establish an Advisor Level 10 Meeting™ cadence. This is a structured meeting that brings your key exit advisors, including your CPA, M&A attorney, wealth manager, and valuation specialist, into a single, synchronized communication loop. Instead of you acting as the telephone operator between these experts, we bring them together to work as a unified team.

We do not invite these external advisors to your core EOS® quarterly sessions with your leadership team. Those sessions remain strictly for your internal operating leaders. Instead, we use your quarterly session outputs to feed the Advisor Meeting Pulse.

Your Integrator or a designated leader will run the Advisor Level 10 Meeting™ using a specific scorecard, priorities, and issue list focused entirely on your exit readiness. This ensures that your professional advisors are executing their tasks in perfect alignment with the operational reality we are building inside your quarterly EOS® sessions.
