We know the basic EOS agenda, but what does the actual flow of a session day with you feel like from an energy and decision-making perspective?

A session day with me is an intense, high-energy working environment. It is not a lecture, and it is certainly not a passive retreat. We start promptly at 8:00 AM and wrap up by 5:00 PM. The day is highly structured but dynamic, requiring absolute focus and mental stamina from every person in the room.

The flow of the day moves through distinct phases:
- We start with a check-in to clear our minds and share personal and professional bests.
- We review your past quarter performance, examining your Scorecard, Rock completion, and V/TO® alignment.
- We spend the bulk of our afternoon doing deep-dive IDS® sessions on the issues that are holding you back.

You can expect the energy in the room to shift. In the morning, we are analytical and focused on performance metrics. By mid-afternoon, during the IDS® portion, things can get heated. This is where we tackle the elephant in the room. I will push you to get to the root cause of your problems, which is often uncomfortable.

We take short breaks to keep physical and mental energy high, but we do not waste time on small talk. You will walk out of the room exhausted but with absolute clarity on exactly what needs to be done over the next ninety days.
