When your Level 10 Meetings become stale, mechanical, and low-energy, it is usually because the team has lost touch with the why behind the meeting pulse. They are just going through the motions, treating the agenda as a checklist rather than a tool for traction.

To inject fresh energy, start by revisiting your V/TO and your core passion. At the beginning of the next meeting, take two minutes to remind the team of the bigger picture and the entrepreneurial freedom you are working to multiply.

Next, shake up the facilitation dynamic. If the meetings have become dry, challenge the facilitator to bring more energy, hold people to tighter time limits, and encourage healthy, passionate debate during IDS. Do not let people agree too quickly. Dig deeper to find the raw, unfiltered truth of your operational issues.

You can also refresh the meeting environment. If you meet in person, change the room setup or stand up during parts of the meeting. If you meet remotely, ensure cameras are on, energy is high, and everyone is fully present.

Finally, hold the team accountable for honest meeting ratings. If a meeting felt flat, do not accept polite eights. Rate it honestly, and discuss how to make the next one a true ten.
