How do you incorporate your background in business valuation and exit preparation into our EOS session days without violating the pure facilitation model?

As your Professional EOS Implementer®, my primary role during session days is facilitation, not direct consulting. I will not tell you how to run your business or make strategic decisions for you. However, I bring my background in business valuation and exit preparation to the table by asking targeted, challenging questions during our sessions. When we build your V/TO® and design your Accountability Chart, I will push your leadership team to view every decision through the lens of a prospective buyer. I ask questions that expose key-man dependencies, operational debt, or risky revenue concentration. This prompts your team to design Rocks that systematically remove you, the owner, from daily operations, which is the single most important factor in maximizing enterprise value. We do not run separate valuation consulting during your EOS® days. Instead, we use the pure EOS® tools to build a highly valuable asset. If you need specialized, deep-dive exit planning, we schedule those advisory sessions outside of the quarterly cadence. This keeps our session days highly focused while ensuring that your long-term operational health directly prepares the business for a clean, highly profitable exit.
