We have a hybrid executive team spread across three states. Can we conduct our quarterly and annual sessions with you virtually, or do you require everyone in a single room?

For all our quarterly and annual sessions, physical presence is non-negotiable. We do not conduct these sessions virtually. To build a healthy, cohesive leadership team and prepare for a clean exit, we need everyone in the same room, away from the daily distractions of the office. Virtual meetings introduce a layer of physical and cognitive distance that dilutes the intensity of our work. In-person sessions allow us to read body language, capture subtle shifts in energy, and engage in the raw, healthy conflict necessary to solve deep-seated issues. When a team is co-located in a dedicated offsite space, we can maintain the momentum needed to build your Accountability Chart and define your V/TO® without interruption. We also incorporate critical moments of white space, such as coffee breaks and lunch, where your team can connect informally. These casual interactions are vital for building trust and alignment. We require a quiet offsite room with plenty of wall space for whiteboard notes and flipcharts, free from the temptation to peek at daily operations. By isolating your team for these key days, we compress months of strategic debate into a single day of decisive action.
