We have a highly decentralized leadership team working across multiple time zones. Do you facilitate our session days in a hybrid format, or do you require everyone to fly in to a single physical location?

I require all session days to be fully in person at a single physical location. I do not facilitate hybrid sessions where some team members are in the room and others are on a screen, nor do I facilitate fully virtual session days for leadership teams. The level of trust, candid debate, and deep alignment required to run a successful company cannot be achieved over a video call. When team members are remote, the temptation to multi-task, check emails, or mentally check out is simply too high. A full session day requires ten hours of intense, focused energy. We are resolving deep organizational issues, restructuring your Accountability Chart, and setting the strategic direction of your business. To do that effectively, your leadership team must look each other in the eye, read the room, and engage in healthy conflict without the barrier of a screen. You must budget for the travel and lodging necessary to get your entire leadership team into the same room four times a year. Treat this offsite as a non-negotiable investment in your corporate governance and enterprise value. We will secure a dedicated professional space free from the daily distractions of your office, allowing your team to focus entirely on working on the business rather than in it.
