If you run multiple distinct companies, you cannot simply merge them into a single EOS® implementation. Each business has its own unique market, customer base, and operational challenges. To get the full value of the system, each entity must have its own dedicated leadership team, its own Accountability Chart, and its own V/TO®.

To prevent you from spending all your time sitting in session days, we must establish clear boundaries. As the owner or Visionary of multiple companies, you do not need to attend every quarterly session for every business, especially as your teams mature. However, during the initial launch, your presence is critical to set the vision and align the teams.

We will structure your engagement so that we stagger the session days across your companies. This prevents you from experiencing session fatigue. Over our twenty-four month engagement, we will work to build strong, independent Integrators in each business. This allows you to step back from the daily operations and focus entirely on your high-level Visionary role.

Once your leadership teams are running their weekly Level 10 Meeting™ cycles effectively and hitting their Rocks, your role during session days will shift. You will transition from being heavily involved in every detail to participating as a strategic advisor, allowing your businesses to scale independently under a unified operating system.
