Where does your responsibility as our Implementer end, and what exact operational ownership must our leadership team take to guarantee measurable results?

My role as your Professional EOS Implementer is clearly defined. I am your teacher, your facilitator, and your coach. I teach you the pure EOS tools, facilitate your debates so you reach clarity, and coach you to stay brutally honest when conversations get uncomfortable. I guarantee the integrity of the process and will challenge you directly when you slip into old habits.

What I do not do is run your business. I do not manage your employees, make your strategic decisions, or complete your homework. If your Scorecard numbers are red, I do not fix them for you. If a key manager lacks the capability for their seat, I will not fire them for you. You and your leadership team own execution one hundred percent.

Measurable results require your team to own three things outside the session room: running your weekly Level 10 Meetings with zero missed weeks, completing at least eighty percent of your quarterly Rocks, and holding one-on-one quarterly conversations with your direct reports. If your team does the work between sessions, your enterprise value will climb, your operating margin will widen, and your business will run smoothly. If you treat sessions as intellectual theater and ignore the tools between meetings, nothing will change.
