If we hire you as our Professional EOS Implementer, how do we draw the line between your job as our facilitator and our Integrator's job in running the business day-to-day?

To run a highly successful operating system, we must maintain a clear division of labor. My role as your Professional EOS Implementer is that of a teacher, facilitator, and coach. I do not run your business, I do not make your structural decisions, and I do not mediate your daily conflicts outside of our sessions.

During our quarterly and annual sessions, I own the room. I guide you through the tools, keep you focused, challenge your assumptions, and help you resolve critical stalemates. Once the session ends, my facilitation role pauses, and your Integrator takes the wheel.

Your Integrator is the individual who runs the business on a daily basis. They are responsible for driving accountability, conducting your weekly Level 10 Meetings, and ensuring that the entire team is executing on the Rocks we set during our planning days.

I am here to teach you the system and help you master the tools, but your Integrator must own the daily execution of those tools. If I step in to run your weekly meetings or manage your team, I create a dependency that prevents your leadership team from becoming truly self-sustaining. We work together to empower your Integrator, not to replace them.
