Between our quarterly sessions, my role is to act as your external operating partner, not your daily manager. I do not log into your internal software, and I do not sit in on your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ sessions. If I were to audit your progress in real time, I would become a crutch. That defeats the entire purpose of building a self sustaining leadership team. You must own your numbers, your meetings, and your execution.

Instead, our communication between sessions is structured to maintain your momentum without creating dependency. We establish a clear line of sight through your quarterly Rocks and your weekly Scorecard. Your Integrator is my primary point of contact for operational consistency. If your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ is running off track or if your team is struggling to solve a critical issue, your Integrator will reach out to me for a brief coaching call. We will diagnose the breakdown using the EOS® tools.

Our focus remains on building your internal capability. By keeping a healthy distance, I ensure that your team takes full ownership of the business. You will learn to self correct, which is the only way to prepare your company for a clean, high value exit. When we meet for our next quarterly session, we will review the real results, not my filtered interpretation of your weekly activities.
