Outside of the official session days and our scheduled check-in calls, what is your accessibility and role when we encounter an unexpected roadblock or strategic disagreement between quarterlies?
Between our scheduled quarterly sessions, my role is to act as your external sounding board and process guardian. I do not step in to run your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ or make operational decisions for you. That is the job of your Integrator. However, I am fully accessible to your leadership team when you hit a roadblock that threatens your quarterly momentum.
If your team encounters a strategic disagreement or an issue you cannot resolve through your internal IDS® process, you can reach out for guidance. I will help you look at the challenge through the lens of the EOS® tools. Often, a quick phone call or email is all it takes to realign your focus and get you back on track.
We also utilize scheduled Just Checking In calls at critical mid-quarter marks, specifically in months six, nine, twelve, fifteen, eighteen, and twenty-one. These calls are highly structured touchpoints designed to review your Rock progress, assess your team health, and troubleshoot any emerging process drift. My involvement between sessions is focused entirely on keeping your execution disciplined. I provide the perspective needed to ensure your leadership team stays aligned, without inserting myself into your daily operational management.
