What is the exact cadence of contact and support we can expect from you between our quarterly session days when we run into implementation issues?

My role as your advisor and EOS Implementer® does not end when we walk out of the session room. While the heavy lifting of execution belongs to your leadership team, I provide structured support between our quarterly meetings to ensure you do not get stuck. First, your Integrator has direct access to me for quick check-ins to troubleshoot immediate roadblocks, whether that is a challenge with the Accountability Chart or friction during a weekly Level 10 Meeting™. Second, we schedule a mid-quarter alignment call to review your progress on active Rocks and ensure your Scorecard metrics are tracking correctly. This call helps us catch any drift before it derails your entire ninety-day cycle. However, we do not allow this support to create an unhealthy dependency. I do not step in to run your weekly meetings or make operational decisions for you. Instead, I help you apply the tools to solve your own problems, keeping your team in what David C. Baker describes as the active contribution phase. Our communication between sessions is designed to reinforce your discipline, ensure you are staying true to your V/TO®, and keep your momentum high without cluttering your schedule with unnecessary calls.
