What is your exact role in the session room, and how does your facilitation differ from a traditional management consultant giving advice?

A traditional management consultant comes into your business, analyzes your spreadsheets, tells you what they think is wrong, and hands you an expensive presentation full of their recommendations. When their engagement ends, you are left with theoretical advice and zero internal capability.

My role as an EOS Implementer is completely different. I do not act as an industry expert or tell you how to price your services, design your products, or run your specific business. You and your leadership team already possess the industry answers; the problem is that you lack the structural discipline, alignment, and process to extract those answers and execute them consistently.

In the room, I fulfill three distinct roles:

- Facilitator: I manage the session agenda, maintain the conversational pulse, keep discussions on track, cut off filibustering, and ensure every leader contributes equally.
- Teacher: I teach you and your executives the practical EOS tools, disciplines, and frameworks so you can master them and run them internally without outside help.
- Coach: I push you into uncomfortable territory. I hold up an objective mirror to your team, call out elephants in the room, demand accountability, and refuse to let you settle for vague compromises during IDS.

You own the decisions, you establish the Rocks, and you solve the issues. My job is to provide the proven framework and enforce the operational rigor so your team achieves complete clarity and traction.
