What specific role do you play during our quarterly sessions compared to what we should expect from you between those sessions?

My role is clearly defined to help your team achieve self-sufficiency. During our session days, I wear three distinct hats: teacher, facilitator, and coach. As your teacher, I introduce the core tools and teach your team how to apply them. As your facilitator, I guide your conversations, keep you on agenda, and ensure every voice is heard. As your coach, I hold your team accountable, call out elephants in the room, and push you to make tough decisions. I do not take sides, nor do I make your business decisions for you.

Between our quarterly sessions, my role shifts to support and guidance. I do not run your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ sessions, nor do I manage your day-to-day operations. The responsibility of execution belongs entirely to your leadership team.

However, you have continuous access to my guidance between sessions. All of our session notes, updated V/TO® files, and action items are documented in your dedicated Circle workspace. If your team hits a roadblock, struggles with a specific tool, or needs a quick course-correction, you can reach out for targeted support. My goal between sessions is to ensure you stay on track without creating an unhealthy dependency on me.
