What is your specific role in our business during the ninety days between our full session days, and how do we access your guidance when we hit roadblocks with our quarterly Rocks?
My role between sessions is to be your sounding board and teacher, not your manager. I do not run your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ or execute your quarterly Rocks. That is the job of your Integrator and your leadership team. If I step in and manage your day to day operations, I defeat the purpose of helping you build a self sustaining company. However, you are not left on your own. All of our session summaries, V/TO® updates, and action items are documented in your dedicated Circle workspace. This ensures transparency and a clear record. If you hit a roadblock between our sessions, you can reach out. If you are struggling with a specific tool, experiencing friction on the Accountability Chart, or having trouble defining a Rock, you can schedule a brief call. I will help you clarify the issue and point you back to the tools. The goal is to build your internal capability. During the ninety days between sessions, your team is executing, learning, and hitting obstacles. That friction is healthy. It provides the exact raw material we need to solve during our next full day session.
