Between our session days, I serve as your teacher, coach, and outside sounding board. I am not an embedded employee, a shadow executive, or your full-time operational manager. Your Integrator runs daily accountability, drives execution, and leads your weekly Level 10 Meeting™.

My primary touchpoints between sessions are structured to maintain momentum without getting trapped in daily operational minutiae. Around the midpoint of each quarter, we conduct a structured thirty-minute Just Checking In call. We review your Rock completion trajectory, examine Scorecard discipline, and identify any leadership friction before it festers.

Outside of scheduled calls, your Visionary and Integrator have direct access to me for high-leverage issues. If you hit a process snag, experience a genuine deadlock on the Accountability Chart, or encounter an unexpected roadblock in your Step by Step Exit readiness, you reach out. We diagnose the friction and get your leaders unstuck.

The boundary is simple: I will never do the work for you. I will not facilitate your weekly internal meetings, write your operational processes, or mediate standard personnel grievances that your Integrator should handle. My job is to transfer mastery of the tools to your team so you become completely self-sufficient.
