Between our scheduled quarterly sessions, you are running the business, and I am in your corner. My role as your Professional EOS Implementer is to facilitate your session days and teach you the tools, but I do not become a consulting crutch.

If you hit a roadblock or a dispute in week six, your first step must always be to put it on your weekly Level 10 Meeting issues list and attempt to IDS it yourselves. True self-sufficiency is built by practicing the tools when the pressure is on.

If you get completely stuck and cannot resolve a critical issue that threatens your progress, you have full access to me for a sounding board call. You can reach out to schedule a fifteen-minute alignment conversation. During this call, I will not solve the issue for you or write your strategy. Instead, I will ask hard questions to help you run the tools correctly.

I will help you clarify the issue, point you back to your V/TO, or help you look at your Accountability Chart to see where the ownership lies. This keeps the accountability where it belongs while giving you the coaching needed to break the logjam and keep moving forward.
