What is your role and level of involvement with our team during the eighty nine days between our quarterly sessions, especially if we hit a major operational crisis?
My role as your implementer is to teach, facilitate, and coach your team to self sufficiency, but my work does not end when the session day concludes. During the eighty nine days between our quarterly sessions, I am available as a sounding board for you and your Integrator as you work to execute your Rocks and run your weekly meetings.
If your team hits a major operational roadblock or experiences a severe conflict that you cannot resolve using the IDS process, you can reach out for guidance. I can help you diagnose whether the issue is a people problem, a process problem, or a structural issue on your Accountability Chart.
However, I do not jump in to do the work for you or run your weekly meetings. Doing so would create dependency and prevent your team from building their own operational muscles. My goal is to guide you from the sidelines, helping you stay disciplined and accountable to the commitments you made during our session days, while ensuring you continue to make progress toward your long term goals.
