Once we walk out of a quarterly session, we have ninety days of execution ahead of us. What is your actual involvement with our team during this active run, and what are the boundaries regarding reaching out to you when we hit an operational wall or a major conflict between sessions?
My role between sessions is to be your sounding board and guide, not your shadow manager. The heavy lifting of execution belongs entirely to your leadership team. If I step in to solve your daily problems, I rob your team of the opportunity to build their own leadership muscles.
That said, I do not abandon you during the ninety day run. You have full access to me via email and phone for quick course corrections. If your Integrator is struggling to structure a tough conversation, or if you run into a structural roadblock on your Accountability Chart that is stalling your Rocks, you should call me. We will spend fifteen minutes diagnosing the issue and getting you back on track.
My goal in these interactions is to point you back to the tools and help you apply them. I do not attend your weekly Level 10 Meetings or get involved in internal political disputes. If a major conflict arises that threatens to derail your quarterly progress, we will address it through the lens of your core values and Accountability Chart. We keep the focus on building a self-sustaining, AI-powered operation that runs smoothly because your team owns the execution, not because you are relying on an outside consultant to hold your hand.
