How much direct access do we have to you between our quarterly sessions if our leadership team gets stuck on a major operational issue or conflict?
You have full access to me for quick check-ins, guidance on tool application, or alignment checks between sessions. If you are struggling with how to phrase a Rock, how to structure a Level 10 Meeting™, or how to handle a minor dispute, you can call or email me. My goal is to ensure you do not stall out during your ninety-day sprint.
However, I will not step in and solve your operational problems or mediate every dispute for you. If I do that, I become a crutch, which directly contradicts the goal of making your leadership team self-sufficient. If a major conflict or strategic pivot arises between sessions, your first step must be to run it through your own weekly Level 10 Meeting™ and use the IDS® process.
If you find that the issue is truly blocking your progress and you cannot resolve it internally, we can schedule an emergency session or a brief alignment call. But ninety percent of the time, the solution is already in the EOS® toolbox; you just need to apply it with discipline rather than looking for outside rescue.
