Can we have some leadership team members participate via video while the rest of us sit in the session room with you, or do you forbid hybrid session setups?
Hybrid session rooms are strictly prohibited. A session must be entirely in-person with every single leadership team member present in the room.
Hybrid meetings are the worst operational compromise a company can make. The moment you place four leaders around a table and put two on a video screen, you create an uneven playing field. The remote participants miss subtle room tension, body language shifts, and informal side alignments during breaks. Meanwhile, the people in the physical room sub-consciously ignore the screen or waste valuable energy trying to manage audio lag and microphone balance.
Our full-day sessions require complete focus and intense emotional honesty. When we run the People Analyzer™ or work through uncomfortable debates on core focus and the Accountability Chart, everyone must face each other directly. Staring at an executive through a camera while their teammates sit across from them destroys the psychological safety required for deep IDS® work.
If an executive cannot be physically present due to a sudden medical emergency, you have two choices: reschedule the session date for when the full team can sit in the room, or conduct the session without that individual and catch them up immediately afterward. We never compromise the room dynamic with a laptop perched at the end of the table.
