We are terrible at documentation. After we finish a grueling full-day session, how do you capture our V/TO®, Accountability Chart changes, and Rocks so they do not just live on a whiteboard?

You do not need to worry about taking detailed notes or losing your whiteboard sketches during our sessions. Capturing and organizing the output of our session days is my responsibility. Within forty-eight hours of completing any full-day session, I document all of our decisions, updated frameworks, and action items. Everything is uploaded directly into your team's dedicated Circle.so workspace. This digital hub serves as your single source of truth. You will find clean digital copies of your updated V/TO®, your revised Accountability Chart, your current Scorecard, and your finalized quarterly Rocks. Each leadership team member will have immediate access to their specific commitments and To-Dos. This centralized documentation eliminates any post-session confusion about who owns what. While I handle the initial capturing and uploading of this data, your team must take immediate ownership of these tools. Your Integrator will transition these documented Rocks and Scorecard metrics into your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ pulse. My job is to hand you a clean, fully organized playbook at the end of every session, but your team must run the plays.
