During a full session day, getting stuck in the weeds is a common trap for leadership teams. My role as your Professional EOS Implementer is to act as a neutral facilitator who keeps the energy high and the pace moving. I do not let your team spin your wheels on minor operational details. If I see the team diving deep into rabbit holes or rehashing the same points, I will step in to redirect you back to the core issue. We use the IDS® process, which stands for Identify, Discuss, and Solve. My job is to ensure you spend most of your time identifying the actual root cause and solving it, rather than just talking about the symptoms. If a topic is burning up too much time without a clear path to resolution, I will push you to make a decision or, if necessary, table the issue to be handled during your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ or a separate deep dive. The goal is to teach you how to self correct. By observing how I challenge the team to stay focused, your Integrator and the rest of the leadership team learn how to police your own discussions. We keep a tight schedule to ensure we cover all critical areas, from reviewing your V/TO® to setting quarterly Rocks. You can expect a fast, demanding, but highly productive day where every minute is managed to maximize your output.
