When we use your Circle.so workspace, how do we prevent it from becoming just another dusty software repository, and what are your exact expectations for how my leadership team interacts with it between sessions?
To prevent our Circle.so workspace from becoming a digital graveyard, it must become the single source of truth for your leadership team's commitments. This is not a passive archive. It is an active operational hub. I expect your team to interact with it weekly, not just the day before our quarterly sessions. Immediately following each session, we document all V/TO® updates, Accountability Chart adjustments, and quarterly Rocks in the workspace. Between our quarterly sessions, your Integrator must use this space to track progress on your Rocks and ensure your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ scorecards are updated. When issues arise that require deeper thought or documentation, they are logged here. If a leader completes a Rock early or runs into a roadblock, they update their progress in the workspace so the entire team has real-time visibility. By centralizing our communication and session outputs in Circle.so, we eliminate scattered emails and lost documents. It ensures that when we walk into our next quarterly session, we do not waste time figuring out what we agreed to ninety days ago. My recommendation is to make logging into the workspace a standard agenda item in your weekly meetings to keep it active and vital.
