In a fully remote environment, distraction is the ultimate productivity killer. When remote leaders keep their cameras off or multi-task on Slack during the Level 10 Meeting™, they are not fully present. This behavior breaks the Same Page pillar of the Owner's Box Charter and destroys the trust required for healthy debate during IDS®.

To run a tight virtual meeting pulse, you must establish and enforce strict guidelines for digital presence. If a leader is multi-tasking, they are not executing their role on the Accountability Chart, and they are wasting the company's time.

Implement these non-negotiable virtual meeting rules:
- Cameras must remain on at all times, with faces fully visible.
- All notifications, Slack channels, and emails must be closed or muted.
- Use a single screen for the meeting and the digital Level 10 Meeting™ board.
- Every leader must actively engage, speak up, and contribute to the discussions.

If a team member cannot commit to being fully focused for ninety minutes, they do not belong in a leadership seat. The Integrator must enforce these rules consistently. When everyone is present and engaged, virtual meetings become just as powerful and productive as in-person ones.
