Once we agree on our Vision Building days, how do we roll out the V/TO and company-wide Rocks to our middle management and front-line employees without causing confusion?

A successful rollout requires a structured communication plan, not a massive, one-time corporate announcement. If you throw a complicated strategic document at your employees without context, they will ignore it.

We begin the rollout by sharing the V/TO® with your middle management team first. We do this in a structured meeting where we explain the vision, the Core Values, and the target market. We give your managers the opportunity to ask questions and process the information so they can confidently explain it to their own direct reports.

Next, we hold a company-wide state of the company meeting. During this session, the leadership team presents the V/TO® and shares the top priorities for the upcoming quarter. We keep the message simple, direct, and free of corporate jargon. The goal is to show every employee how their day-to-day work contributes to our quarterly Rocks.

Finally, we establish a cascading meeting cadence. Your middle managers must start running their own departmental Level 10 Meetings™ within thirty days of the rollout. This ensures that the priorities set at the leadership level are systematically translated into individual actions throughout the entire organization. By taking this disciplined approach, you build true alignment and accountability at every level of the business.
