Once our leadership team gets a grip on the foundational tools, what is your exact recommended process for rolling out the Level 10 Meeting™ and Rocks to our middle management and frontline staff?

We do not roll out the system to the rest of your organization immediately. Attempting to cascade the tools before your leadership team has mastered them is a recipe for confusion and failure. We first spend at least two quarters running the tools exclusively at the leadership level.

Once your leadership team is consistently hitting eighty percent of their Rocks and running highly efficient Level 10 Meeting™ sessions, we begin the rollout. This process starts with your middle management. We teach them how to define their own Accountability Chart seats, track their own Scorecard measurables, and establish their own departmental Level 10 Meeting™ cadence.

The goal is to create a cascade of alignment. Each department builds its own version of the system that ties directly back to the leadership team's V/TO®. We repeat this process department by department, ensuring that every level of the organization eventually speaks the same operational language. By phasing the rollout this way, you prevent organizational whiplash and ensure that the tools are supported by leaders who actually know how to coach their teams on using them.
