The minute your weekly Scorecard review turns into a debate about whether a spreadsheet formula is correct or if a data point was pulled from the right system, your meeting is off the tracks. You are wasting the collective brainpower of your leadership team on data hygiene instead of solving real business issues.

The rule for a fast, high-impact Scorecard review is simple: the numbers must be fully populated and verified before the Level 10 Meeting begins. The metric owner is responsible for ensuring their data is correct. If a leader brings unverified or disputed data to the table, they have failed to GWC their seat for that week.

If a number is red, or if a metric is disputed, do not try to fix it or explain it during the review. The owner simply states the number, and if someone questions the validity of the data, the Integrator immediately drops it to the IDS portion of the agenda as a system issue. You then move on to the next number without another word.

During IDS, you can address the root cause of the broken data pipeline. This keeps your five-minute review strictly focused on identifying operational gaps, keeping your energy high for the real problem-solving later in the meeting.
