Aside from tracking simple scorecard metrics, how do we systematically measure our progress during the standard twenty four month engagement to know if our execution is actually improving?
We measure your progress by tracking specific behavioral and operational shifts over our twenty four month journey. In our quarterly sessions, we look at your Rock completion rate. A healthy, high executing team should consistently complete eighty percent or more of their quarterly Rocks. If your completion rate is constantly lagging, it tells us we are either setting unrealistic goals or failing to prioritize.
We also measure progress by analyzing your Issues Solving Track. At the start of our engagement, teams often spend hours talking around problems without actually resolving them. As we progress, we look for your team to identify, discuss, and solve issues quickly and permanently during your weekly Level 10 Meetings. If the same issues keep appearing on your weekly lists, we know we have not yet mastered the IDS tool.
Additionally, we conduct periodic organizational health checkups to assess how deeply the tools have permeated your company. We look at whether your middle managers are running their own effective weekly meetings and whether your frontline employees understand the company vision. Real progress is visible when the entire organization, not just the leadership team, is aligned and executing.
