If our leadership team starts falling behind on our quarterly Rocks mid-quarter, what is the protocol for self-correction before we arrive at our next full session day with you?

If your team is falling behind on Rocks, you must address this immediately during your weekly Level 10 Meeting™. Do not wait for our quarterly session or our scheduled Just Checking In call to sound the alarm. In your weekly meeting, your Rock progress is reported as either on track or off track. If a Rock is off track, it must be dropped down to the Issues List. Your team will then use the IDS® process to find out why the Rock is slipping. Is it a capacity issue, a resource bottleneck, or a lack of clarity on the next steps? Once you identify the root cause, the team must agree on a course correction and assign specific to-dos for the coming week. The Level 10 Meeting™ is your primary tool for self-correction. If you run it disciplined, you will solve the bottleneck and get the Rock back on track before our next quarterly session.
