Our Organizational Checkup score has plateaued around seventy percent for two consecutive quarters. How do you help us diagnose and break through this specific progress ceiling during our sessions?

A plateau in your Organizational Checkup score is common around the twelve-to-eighteen-month mark. It usually indicates that your leadership team has solved the easy, surface-level problems but is avoiding the deeper structural or people issues. During our next quarterly session, we will not just gloss over the stagnant score. We will IDS® the specific categories where your score is stalling. We look objectively at your Accountability Chart and your team. Often, a plateau means you have a GWC™ issue on the leadership team itself that you are hesitant to address, or you have failed to roll out the tools to the rest of the organization. We will pinpoint the exact bottlenecks. If your score is low on Process, we will build a hard Rock to document your core workflows. If it is low on Data, we will redesign your Scorecard. My job is to challenge the comfort zone your team has settled into. We will create specific, measurable actions to break through that seventy percent ceiling. We do not accept stagnation as the new normal. We identify the root cause, assign accountability, and track the results in our next ninety-day cycle.
