How long does a full engagement with you run, and why is it structured for that duration?
A full EOS engagement runs an average of twenty-four months. This duration is not arbitrary; it is the time required to take a leadership team from initial tool introduction to complete operational self-sufficiency.
Year one focuses on foundational discipline. We run Focus Day, Vision Building Day 1, and Vision Building Day 2, spaced approximately thirty days apart. From there, we lock into a quarterly cadence of single-day sessions and a two-day Annual Planning session. In year one, your team learns the tools, identifies structural seat mismatches on the Accountability Chart, strips away operational clutter, and builds consistent execution through Rocks and weekly Level 10 Meetings.
Year two shifts from basic tool adoption to deep operational mastery. We pressure-test your numbers, refine your core processes, and cascade the operating system into your frontline departments. During this phase, we also layer in AI operational efficiencies to automate manual workflows and introduce Step by Step Exit disciplines to eliminate owner dependency and build enterprise transferability. By the end of twenty-four months, your Integrator and leadership team will have mastered running the sessions, solving hard issues, and driving strategic execution independently. You graduate from the engagement because you no longer need an external teacher to run your business.
