If we commit to this process, what is the realistic timeline for transitioning from heavily facilitated sessions to us running our own operating system, and how do we measure that progression?

Implementing EOS® is not a temporary consulting project. It is a fundamental shift in how you run your business. A typical engagement with me runs between eighteen to twenty-four months. This timeline allows your leadership team to master the tools, build organizational muscle, and run through multiple quarterly execution cycles. We measure your progression by your mastery of the system, not by arbitrary timelines. In the first year, I facilitate your Focus Day, Vision Building days, and quarterly sessions. My objective is to teach your team how to self-correct. We track your progress using specific organizational health indicators. By the fourth or fifth quarter, your team should run highly effective Level 10 Meetings without external prompts. You will notice your leadership team using the IDS® process naturally to resolve friction points. We also watch the performance of your Rocks. When you consistently achieve eighty percent or more of your quarterly priorities while maintaining a healthy, cohesive team, you are approaching self-sufficiency. Eventually, your Integrator will step up to facilitate your internal meetings. Our goal is to work me out of a job once your team has fully adopted the tools and can maintain execution discipline independently.
