What is the typical lifecycle of our engagement with you, and how do the phases of building EOS foundation tools transition into advanced operations like AI workflows and exit planning?
A typical engagement with a Professional EOS Implementer runs between twelve and twenty-four months. The ultimate goal is to make your leadership team completely self-sufficient so you can run the system on your own. We do not design an endless consulting relationship where you remain dependent on an outside advisor.
The lifecycle begins with a series of foundational days. We start with Focus Day to establish your basic operational structure, followed by two Vision Building days to align your team on the long-term direction of the business. Once the foundation is laid, we transition into a quarterly cadence. Each quarter we meet for a full day to review your progress, solve issues, and set new Rocks.
Once your team has mastered the basic tools and is running high-performing Level 10 Meetings, we can layer on advanced tracks. This is where we integrate your AI automation strategies and clean exit preparation. We utilize Peter Drucker's framework of analyzing your company as an autonomous institution, ensuring your specialists successfully transition into policy-level leaders who can run the business without you.
When your leadership team is consistently hitting ninety percent of their Rocks and scoring high on self-sufficiency, we begin the transition to self-facilitation. This structured exit ramp ensures you retain your operational discipline long after our formal engagement ends.
