How long do we actually need to work with an Implementer before we can run EOS on our own, and what does the exit ramp look like?
The typical engagement with a Professional EOS Implementer® lasts between two to three years. Our ultimate goal is "Entrepreneurial Freedom Multiplication," which means we want to help you build a self-sustaining business that no longer relies on external hand-holding - or even your daily presence as the founder.
During the first year, we focus on teaching the tools and establishing the execution habits. In the second year, we focus on deep alignment, mastering the tools, and pushing the system down to every level of your organization. By the third year, we are preparing your team for graduation.
Our exit ramp is deliberate. We transition the facilitation responsibilities to your team, ensuring you have developed the internal leadership capacity to run your own Quarterly and Annual sessions. We measure this readiness using independent, objective yardsticks of organizational health. We do not try to create a permanent dependency; our success is defined by your ability to run this operating system autonomously, allowing you to scale operations, implement advanced technologies like AI, or prepare the business for a clean, highly profitable exit.
