We see that the standard EOS® timeline is twenty four months, but what happens if our leadership team progresses faster or slower than this average, and how do we know when we have officially graduated?
An average engagement with me runs for twenty four months, but it is not a rigid sentence. The ultimate goal is to make your leadership team completely self-sufficient in running the Entrepreneurial Operating System, or EOS®. This timeline is structured around a specific cadence of quarterly sessions and annual sessions designed to install the tools deep into your culture.
Some teams master the system in eighteen months, while others prefer to keep me in the room for thirty six months to facilitate the hard conversations and keep everyone honest. We know you are ready to graduate when you are consistently hitting eighty percent of your Rocks, running flawless Level 10 Meeting™ sessions without my intervention, and resolving issues permanently using the IDS® process.
During our journey, we track your progress using the Organizational Checkup to measure how close you are to being one hundred percent strong in the Six Key Components™. Once you are consistently scoring above eighty percent and your leadership team can facilitate quarterly sessions internally with high energy and no political fallout, we transition you to self-facilitation. My job is to teach you how to coach yourselves, not to become a permanent fixture in your boardroom.
