How long does a typical engagement with you last before our leadership team is fully self-sufficient, and what dictates that timeline?

An average engagement with me runs between eighteen and twenty-four months before a leadership team is ready to graduate and run their own sessions. This timeline is not an arbitrary number; it is dictated by the time it takes to build operational muscle memory and shift your organizational identity. Using the principles of behavioral change, we are moving your team from simply doing EOS to actually being an EOS-run company. That shift requires experiencing at least six full quarterly cycles together. During the first two quarters, you are learning the mechanics of the tools. You are figuring out how to write measurable Rocks and how to run a true Level 10 Meeting. By the third and fourth quarters, we start tackling deep organizational issues, refining your Accountability Chart, and aligning your long-term vision. The final phases of our engagement are about cementing your independence. We ensure your Integrator is fully capable of facilitating your quarterly and annual sessions without an outside guide. You will know you are ready to graduate when your weekly meetings run on autopilot, your Rocks are consistently completed at an eighty percent rate or higher, and your team naturally uses the IDS process to solve complex challenges without needing me to moderate the debate.
